How to install a sliding door in a bathroom
The sliding door is installed on the upper slide after it is fixed. It is mainly divided into the following installation steps
1. Upper slide installation
When the upper slideway is installed, it must be fixed with the door beam or canopy beam according to the requirements of the width of the door opening and the opening direction, generally with the center of the width of the door opening as the benchmark, and the following points should be paid attention to when fixing the slideway, and the left and right elevations of the connection of the canopy beam or the door beam are consistent, and the size of the slideway is consistent with the center of the door opening. The center line of the slideway is consistent with the size of the outer edge of the color plate outer wall or the brick wall, and its size is half of the thickness of the door leaf plus the gap of 20mm.
2. Door leaf installation
The door leaf and pulley system is processed and molded by the company in the workshop. After the installation of the upper slideway is completed, the pulleys are put into the chute of the slideway in pairs, and then the door leaf is transported vertically to the bottom of it with manual or other hoisting tools, and the screw rod welded on the door leaf is sleeved into the bolt hole on the pulley and is temporarily fastened with double nuts. In the same way, hang the other door leaf first.
3. Adjust the door leaf
After the door leaf has been hung up, the two door leaves are pushed to the center of the door opening, and it is close to the surface of the upper surface of the door leaf according to the requirements of the outdoor floor elevation, and the gap between the two door leaves is adjusted to the minimum, and the side is perpendicular to the ground. The elevation adjustment is carried out with a nut on the elastic top. After the door leaf is fully adjusted, the stop selling pin on the pulley is fixed on the pulley with cotter pins.
4. Door limiter
After the installation of the door leaf is all adjusted, the door leaf is closed and pushed open respectively, according to its position, the bottom of the upper slideway or the inside is welded to the place 10mm away from the side of the pulley with an angle steel limiter, so that the opening area of the door leaf is limited to its effective range. The contact between the angle steel and the pulley is required to be provided with a hard rubber pad of not less than 20mm as a buffer.
5. Cake guide and door limiter installation
The installation requirements of the guide cake and the lower door limiter are carried out in conjunction with the civil engineering, and its key points are: the centerline positioning of the guide cake can be located according to the actual position of the flat steel under the door leaf, and the exposed ground of the guide cake is 10~15mm, and the spacing is 500mm. When the lower limiter is positioned, the door is pushed to a position of 10~20mm from the outside and buried in the concrete or fixed with expansion bolts after the concrete construction is completed.
6. Door hardware accessories are installed
